During 2 years I have been working in Shirtworks Ltd. As responsible of the digital, transfer and vinyl department, my job involves the use of different printers, press and machines, along with Photoshop, Illustrator and other software to ensure the best print results. Also I have been responsible of the goods in, managing deliveries in our system and dealing with companies.
I worked 1 year in Decathlon Reading as a Customer Service and Sport Advisor, having the opportunity to improve my experience dealing with customers requirements, handling calls enquiries and knowing and managing our system. In addition to my responsabilities, I have performed a role as T-Shirt printer, using Corel Draw to prepare designs for customers, even creating logos starting from zero. As a result, I have printed more than 60 t-shirt till the date. On the other hand, I have created differents advertisement using Photoshop, like Self Servie ad, and a floor map, to improve the experience for customers and to help my new coworkers knowing the shop and our brands.
During a few weeks, I worked in Cisco System as Mobile Tester, which means that I was walking with a lot of mobiles on me to recover information about network signal. In any case, I had the opportunity to know one of the most important networking companies from inside, chatting with amazing people very passionate about his work.
My first working experience in United Kingdom was in a Warehouse. I worked during 3 months on Waitrose processing incoming stock and materials, picking and filling orders from stock and packing and shipping orders.
I have been working as a Graphic Designer and Website Developer for over 5 years in Spain. During those years, I have developed websites, designed logos and visit cards, and created content for training courses.
As a freelance graphic designer, during the last 3 years I have been creating course contents and didactic material for EDITE FORMACIÓN (www.editeformacion.com) and I have designed several website projects (for example www.calmer.es and www.virtudfisica.com). At the same time, I have kept improving my computer skills.
I have worked as website developer and instructional designer for ATEPROHOGAR S.L. training company for 2 years, developing its own web (www.atepro.com), managing the virtual platform, and creating audiovisual material for courses in collaboration with the teachers: animations, videos, online course contents, etc. Also in this company, I did computer and network maintenance.
Previously, I worked for 5 years in Internet Cafés as system administrator, managing and maintaining a network of over 20 computers.
Graphic design
Excellent knowledge of different graphic design programs, especially Photoshop, but also Illustrator, Corel Draw, InDesign, etc. I’ve designed logos, business cards, publicity posters and different material related to the corporate identity of companies and individuals.
Using different programs like After Effects, Premiere, Google Sketchup, Flash, 3D Studio, etc., I’ve made a lot of animation projects, both in 2D and 3D, as audiovisual material for different courses, working individually, or within a team.
Website programming
I’m fluent in several programming languages like PHP, C++, MySQL, HTML, CSS, Java, etc., different programs like Dreamweaver and CMS like Wordpress or Joomla.
I have experience making websites, in Community Manager roles, (Facebook, Twitter and Youtube profiles), marketing online, SEO, and web analytics.
System administration
I have extensive knowledge in computers maintenance, both Hardware and Software: components replacement, apps and OS installation, LAN/wireless network maintenance.
